I’m a global citizen, a lifelong learner, and a people-first leader who believes in building organizations where care and ambition can coexist.
I currently serve as CEO of Pressbooks, a company that supports digital publishing in education. Over the past several years, I’ve led our transition to a 4-day workweek, helped us earn Great Place to Work® certification three years in a row, and worked alongside an incredible team to scale our impact. Before stepping into this role, I served as COO for five years, leading operations, culture, and cross-functional strategy.
My leadership is shaped by a multicultural journey—living and working across continents, speaking four languages, and learning to navigate both hierarchy and flatness, structure and flexibility. I’ve mentored early-stage startups, served on nonprofit boards, and collaborated with mission-driven teams that believe in doing work that matters.
I’m currently open to serving on boards—both nonprofit and for-profit—where I can contribute experience in scaling organizations, people strategy, and thoughtful governance. I also welcome opportunities for speaking engagements on topics such as leadership, workplace culture, operational transformation, and building human-centred organizations.
Beyond work, I find peace by the sea, joy in a good book, and grounding in the relationships and shared experiences that shape each chapter of my journey.
